Aggie men climb rankings, women hold in Top 10: The Texas A&M men's swimming and diving team climbed three spots to No. 19 while the Aggie women's team remained at No. 6 in the CSCAA /CollegeSwimming.com Division I dual meet poll released Thursday.
Both A&M squads will face LSU at noon Saturday in Baton Rouge, La.
TENNIS
Aggie men to host UT Pan Am and Nicholls State: The No. 12 Texas A&M men's tennis team will host a doubleheader against a pair of Southland Conference opponents Saturday at the Mitchell Tennis Center. A&M will face Texas-Pan American at 10 a.m. and Nicholls State at 3 p.m.
TRACK & FIELD
Aggies to host Texas in dual meet: The Texas A&M track and field men's and women's teams will host Texas at 3:30 p.m. Saturday in the Gilliam Indoor Track Stadium.
This weekend's dual meet scoring format will award points to the top two finishers for each team in running and field events and awards points for one relay per school in the 1,600-meter and distance medley relay. Event points are awarded on a 5-3-2-1 format and 5-3 in relays.
The first team to reach 80 points wins the dual meet.
