Oklahoma 14, Arkansas 0: NORMAN, Okla. - D.J. Mathis threw a five-inning no-hitter as Oklahoma beat Arkansas 14-0 via the run rule on Wednesday. Mathis, a sophomore left-hander, struck out seven and yielded her only baserunner when she walked pinch-hitter Hillary Freeman with one out in the fourth inning. It was Oklahoma's first no-hitter since Kami Keiter and Dana Askins combined to hold Tulsa hitless in an 8-0 victory on April 22, 2003, that went the full seven innings. Samantha Ricketts homered and drove in five runs for Oklahoma (17-0), which is off to its best start in school history. Savannah Long added a two-run home run for the Sooners.
