Aggies earn NCAA academic recognition

E-mail to a friend For the second consecutive year, the fifth-ranked Texas A&M softball program was honored by the NCAA Division I Academic Performance Program for having an Academic Progress Rate score among the top 10 percent in its sport.
The NCAA honored 712 Division I sports teams with public recognition awards for their latest multi-year Academic Progress Rate scores.
Since its inception into the Big 12, the Aggie softball team has garnered 35 academic all-conference awards. Sixteen different players have earned first-team honors, with seven receiving the award multiple times.
