A&M pair honored

Texas A&M sophomore golfer Ashley Freeman has earned honorable mention All-America honors and freshman Sarah Zwartynski was named to the all-region team by the National Golf Coaches Association.
Freeman tied for eighth at the NCAA Championship, the second-highest finish in school history. She helped the Aggies tie for sixth, their best finish since 1982. She had five Top 25 finishes.
Zwartynski finished seventh at the NCAA Central Regional and had nine Top 25 finishes. She also tied for fourth at the Big 12 Championship. Her 75.24-stroke average was the fourth best in school history.
