Eagle Staff Report

Miller leads sack attack: The Aggies had a season-high eight sacks against the Buffaloes, including a pair from NCAA sack leader Von Miller. It was the most quarterback sacks in a game by the Aggies since posting eight against Pittsburgh in 2002. It was the most ever against a Big 12 opponent; the previous high was seven against Texas Tech in 2001 and Colorado in 1996.

Miller now has 15.5 sacks for the season and is second in school history behind Jacob Green's record of 20 in 1979.

A&M had 16 sacks as a team last year but now has 30 this season.

Gray returns another: Cyrus Gray became the fourth Aggie with multiple kickoff returns for touchdowns with his 99-yarder Saturday. Leeland McElroy had four kickoff return TDs while Sirr Parker and Carl Roaches each had two. Gray now has two, and his 181 yards on four returns Saturday was third-most in school history.

Back in action: Freshman Ryan Epperson's second-quarter punt was the Aggies' first since the third quarter of the Texas Tech game, a span of six quarters.
