Here are the picks of Eagle Executive Sports Editor Robert Cessna (2-4 last week, 35-12 for the season):
Texas A&M at Texas Tech -- The Aggies will win again on the South Plains, it just won't be this year. Tech 49-28
Iowa State at Nebraska -- Nebraska won't name a starting quarterback until kickoff. Whoever it is, he better win, and win big. Nebraska 31-14
Texas at Missouri -- A Red River letdown? Nah. Texas is 30-4 against North Division teams since 1998. Texas 42-21
Oklahoma at Kansas -- The Sooners have the same record as A&M and Baylor. OU 42-28
Colorado at Kansas State -- Everyone figured this would be for the North lead. Didn't they? KSU 32-28
Oklahoma State at Baylor -- So much for Baylor's turnaround season. This one will be the Bears' 20th straight loss against a ranked opponent. OSU 42-21
