Aggie riders maintain No. 3 spot in rankings: The Texas A&M equestrian team remained at No. 3 in the latest Women's Intercollegiate Equestrian National Coaches Poll released Tuesday.
The Aggies (7-3) are riding a two-match winning streak and are coming off a victory over Oklahoma State last Saturday in College Station.
TENNIS
Aggie men climb to No. 18 in ITA rankings: The Aggies' successful road trip through the Pacific Northwest last weekend helped the Texas A&M men's tennis team move up 16 spots to No. 18 in the ITA rankings released Tuesday. A&M (5-4) beat Boise State 6-1 and Washington 4-3.
A&M will open a four-match homestand against No. 5 Ohio State at 6 p.m. Friday at the Mitchell Tennis Center. A&M also will host No. 7 Illinois at noon Sunday.
Prior to facing Ohio State, A&M will honor Austin Krajicek and Conor Pollock for earning All-America honors last season and becoming the first Aggies to reach the doubles semifinals at the NCAA Championships.
