Aggies sweep titles at Baylor Invitational: WACO -- Texas A&M's men's cross country team won the Baylor Invitational with a perfect score of 15 points, while the Aggie women won with 18 on Saturday morning at the Baylor intramural fields.
A&M's James Hodges won the men's 6,000-meter race in 18 minutes, 48.8 seconds with the Aggies sweeping the top 11 places. Stephen Curry took second in 18:54.8 followed by A&M teammates Isaac Spencer (18:57.1), C.J. Brown (19:02.2), MacLean O'Donnell (19:09.5), Nathan Parker (19:13.5), Dylan Williams (19:14.7), Will Barry (19:15.8), Jake Roberts (19:18.8), Travis Barclay (19:20.2) and Scott Slattery (19:24.7).
On the women's side, A&M's Katherine Devlin won the 4,000 race in 13:58.6 followed by teammates Tara Upshaw in second at 14:15.4 and Itzel Cetina in third (14:22.6). A&M's Hillary Montgomery took fifth in 14:25.7 with Shawn Dalglish in seventh (14:35.8).

Aggies lose to Michigan in three: ANN ARBOR, Mich. -- Michigan swept Texas A&M 25-23, 25-23, 25-17 on Saturday at the Michigan/adidas Invitational in front of 1,408 at Cliff Keen Arena.
Kelsey Black led A&M (10-2) with 11 kills and 13 digs. No other Aggie had more than five kills. Megan Pendergast had 16 digs, while Black had 13.
Lexi Erwin led Michigan (12-0) with 13 kills, six digs and two blocks.
A&M will host Houston Baptist at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday at Reed Arena.
